1. Cooling-Off Period
Users have the right to cancel their contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cooling-off period will expire 14 days from the day of sign up.

- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
- After the 14-day cooling-off period, no refunds will be issued.
